RETURN POLICY
All returns/exchanges should be shipped to:

G Luxe does not accept returns. We will exchange your items out or provide you with a store credit (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Please read and adhere to our size chart we will not process a refund in the event that you are unable to fit the size you choose. However, in the event that you do receive a size other than what you ordered you will be issued a refund upon receipt of the old pair if you choose not to receive the correct shoe size. If you have any questions related to selecting the correct shoe size PLEASE email us at info@shopgluxe.com.
Request for store credit can be made within 5 days from the delivery date of your order. Requests that are submitted after 5 days from the delivery date will be denied. Returned merchandise must be in the original manufacturer packaging with all tags attached and no signs or smell of wear. Items that show any sign of wear will be denied and returned back to the customer, no exceptions!
Please be sure to read the item description and view our size chart, as all items come just as described and pictured. If an order cancellation is necessary, a request must be approved before any order can be cancelled.
Sale products are FINAL SALE no exchanges or returns.
G Luxe Beauty reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet store requirements including any signs of wear/tear.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
Claims for any damage must be made within 5 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included.
G LUXE diligently inspects all items before shipping. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
Price on this invoice does not included shipping and handling fees. Shipping and handling are non refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)
SIZING
Please double check size and color of your clothes carefully before buying ( The specific size will be found on each product's purchasing page). All items come as pictured and described. View our Sizing Chart here.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders will generally be shipped within two (3) - three (5) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order is confirmed delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refund for packages that shows that it has been delivered.
CANCELLATION
Please note we do not accept cancellations once your order has been placed.
SHIPPING POLICY
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame being published, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.
In the case of entering an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information that was entered by the customer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from G LUXE you will be held liable for the original shipping charges.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must follow up with the United States Postal Service. G LUXE is not responsible for package(s) that shows complete delivery.
All orders placed within the US, will be shipped via USPS.
Standard shipping can take 3-7 business days to arrive once shipped. This is just an estimate not a guarantee, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Once your order is shipped, it usually takes 6-10 business days to arrive in your country. In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. We do not have any means to calculate the duration.
G LUXE is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES
G LUXE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered for an address entered on an order. Upon inquiry, G LUXE will confirm delivery to address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
